Fall Wine Club Pickup Party
Join us on Thursday, November 5th for our Wine Club pick-up party at Poplar Grove Winery. Try the newly released wines in your November wine club packs perfectly paired with small bites to complement the wines. If you are planning on picking up your shipment, please make sure your account settings are set as “Pick Up” instead of shipping. Only 250 tickets for each time slot are available due to limited capacity.

An Important Update for Wine Club Members
We’ve heard your feedback, and we want to make sure more of our Wine Club members have the opportunity to join us for our Spring and Fall Pick Up Parties.
In recent years, tickets have sold out incredibly quickly, sometimes within seconds of being released. While we love seeing so much enthusiasm for these events, we also recognize that this has made it difficult for some members to attend, particularly those who may have missed an email or simply couldn’t be online the moment tickets became available.
To create a fairer opportunity for everyone, Pick Up Party tickets will now be released in two waves.
Wave One | October 21 at 10:00 AM
Tickets will first be made available to Wine Club members who did not attend the Spring Pick Up Party. These members will have 48 hours to purchase their tickets.
Wave Two | October 23 at 10:00 AM
All remaining tickets will then be released to the rest of our Wine Club membership.
Our hope is simple: to give more of our members the chance to experience these special events throughout the year, while still ensuring any remaining space is available to everyone.
We truly value every member of our Wine Club and appreciate your feedback as we continue to make these events as welcoming, enjoyable and accessible as possible.
Ticket Donations
Our Pick Up Parties will continue to be offered as ticketed events to help us provide a meaningful, well-curated experience for our members.
Tickets are $20 per person, with 100% of ticket proceeds donated to the South Okanagan Similkameen Medical Foundation.
Introducing ticketing has helped us reduce no-shows, better prepare for the number of guests attending and ensure a smoother experience for everyone. Please note that this is not a drop-in event. A valid ticket is required for entry and must be presented upon arrival.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Your ticket not only reserves your place at the Pick Up Party, but also helps support healthcare in our local community.

Cancellation Policy: We require 3 days notice of cancellation to receive a full ticket refund. This is an 19+ event.
