Returns & Cancellations
We will exchange any opened bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return and replacement of such damaged or flawed product. We do not provide cash refunds for alcoholic beverages.
Wine Club members must receive a minimum of 2 shipments before cancelling their membership. After which, membership can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the current shipment, or will otherwise apply to next shipment.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (your phone number) for return instructions.
A 15% (or whatever you want the percent to be) restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
