Thank you for your interest in celebrating your wedding day at Poplar Grove! We have recently updated our booking protocols for Poplar Grove. For the 2024 season and beyond, we ask that you contact us on the third Monday of January (example: for 2024, please contact us in January of 2023). Once contacted, we will send you the Wedding & Event Brochure for your review followed by a request for deposit to confirm your date. Bookings will be confirmed once deposit is received. We accept 8-10 weddings per season (May to October). We also welcome requests for winter weddings (November to April). Recent purchases of event materials will enable us to offer all-inclusive pricing and eliminate the need for some third-party rentals. Your guests will then be treated to a unique menu of Okanagan cuisine designed by Executive Chef Stacy Johnston and paired with award-winning Poplar Grove wines. After your meal, you can dance and party in our beautiful indoor space. This is the perfect option if you prefer an outdoor location with a wine reception and canapés. The sweeping views from Skaha Lake to Okanagan Lake will ensure beautiful photos of your special day.
