Online Member Account FAQs

Please refer to these instructions to guide you how to use your online member account.

Wine Club Purchases

As a Wine Club Member you have an online account which enables you to access our entire portfolio of wines. Members can purchase unlimited wines at the 10% purchase discount.  Login to access all wines. 

Select login at the top right corner or go directly to member login.


If you want to pick up your wines from the winery please select PICKUP at checkout and choose the option to "PICK UP AT WINERY".


  1. Once logged in, you will see your name appear in the top right corner. You can now access all wines available for purchase.
  2. Simply select the Wines section to start shopping online and add wines to your cart as you wish.
  3. If you want your order shipped right away just select your preferred shipping address and we ship within three business days.

***If you want us to hold your order and add it to your subscription wine release (shipped together), then follow these instructions.***

  1. Once ready, proceed to Checkout
  2. Under "Delivery/Pickup Information" Select PICKUP.
  3. From the "pickup location" drop down box, choose Ship Later - Bundle and ship with next wine club package.

Using this option instructs us to bundle and ship your order with your upcoming subscription wine release and avoids you being charged multiple shipping fees. If ordering online is not convenient for you, our team is also happy to place an order on your behalf, as long as the credit card info on file is up to date.

Making Account Changes

  1. Select login at the top right corner or go directly to the login page.
  2. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner to access your account dashboard.
  3. Update your existing details.
  4. Manage Wine Club - to see what package you are subscribed to.
  5. Edit Club - to specify if you want your order shipped or to pick up at winery.
  6. Credit Cards -  to update your credit card info.
  7. Address book - to save preferred addresses on file. Please follow instructions carefully to ensure your wine is shipped correctly.
  8. Order History - to view current and past invoices and history of purchases.
