Returns & Cancellations
We will exchange any opened bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return and replacement of such damaged or flawed product. We do not provide cash refunds for alcoholic beverages.
Wine Club members must receive a minimum of 2 shipments before cancelling their membership. After which, membership can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the current shipment, or will otherwise apply to next shipment.
